Outside of MinterEllison, Alissa contributes to the legal sector as Deputy Chair of HRMinds, a network for HR professionals across major law firms in Australia.

Within the firm, she is actively involved in a range of strategic and cultural initiatives, with a focus on operational transformation, leadership development, and organisational effectiveness.
